The Ceremony
The courtyard ceremony unfolded in a setting rich with history and beauty. Surrounded by azulejos, tropical greenery, and soft pastel florals, the couple exchanged vows under a floral arch that seemed to bloom right out of the palace walls.
What makes this space truly special is its intricate mosaic backdrop — a masterpiece of Portuguese embrechado, where fragments of 17th-century Ming porcelain are delicately embedded alongside hand-painted tiles. These artistic details, remnants of a distant empire, add a quiet sense of timelessness to the space.
It was the perfect setting for a moment so personal, intimate, and eternal.
The Style
The bride wore a minimalist yet graceful gown that perfectly matched the European elegance of the venue, while the groom kept it timeless with a tailored grey suit. Together, they looked effortlessly chic - a modern fairytale with subtle touches of heritage.

After the cocktail, guests were greeted by the most stunning centerpiece - an architectural wedding cake designed by Edelweiss, standing tall amidst the courtyard’s baroque textures and blooming florals.
Its sculptural design, made entirely in white, featured delicate edible textures and floral elements that echoed the pastel palette and the romantic elegance of the day.

Reception Under the Azulejos
The dinner unfolded in the palace’s most iconic open-air gallery, where centuries-old azulejos in soft blue tones and classical statues created an atmosphere of timeless beauty.
A long table, elegantly dressed in neutral linens and adorned with garden-style pastel florals, welcomed guests to an experience both refined and heartfelt.
